The Octomom is small potatoes compared to Desmond Hatchett.
Nadia “Octomom” Suleman, 33 years old, has 14 children.
Desmond Hatchett is 29 years old and has fathered 21 children with 11 different women.
The children are between 11 years and 11 months old, and dad only makes minimum wage. Desmond Hatchett made headlines last week after he was called into a Tennessee courtroom 11 times(!) to explain why 15 of his 21 kids haven’t received a child support check lately.
Each of Desmond Hatchett’s 21 children should receive anywhere from 25 to 300 dollars every month for food, shelter, and other childcare. (That's $525 to $6,300 a month.) But the state can only take 50 percent of Desmond’s paycheck.
