Dennis Kucinich, most famous for his disastrous campaigns for President has a new cause. Kucinich has sued the congressional cafeteria for an olive pit that he found in his vegan sandwich wrap. He alleges that he needed extensive oral surgery to repair a tooth that was chipped, thereby tarnishing the pearly white smile he flashes at the millions of voters who ignore him during presidential primaries. For his pain and suffering, he is demanding $150,000.00.
ABC news was incredulous and skeptical in its reaction to the lawsuit, noting that Kucinich took almost three years to file suit since he encountered the killer olive in April of 2008.
If anyone ever treats Kucinich as a serious candidate for president, this incident could came back to haunt him. Since he currently only gets about 2% of the vote in primaries, it is unlikely that this absurd lawsuit will make a difference in his popularity.
