As many on the right rave on and on about the essential nature of the Death Penalty as a core part of the American judicial system, they may find solace in the fact that they are joined in their philosophy by the governments of the three leading death penalty nations: Iran, Saudi Arabia, and China. (2) Ironically, the Iranian parliament most recently has advocated that the penalty be expanded to cover people who blog on topics the nation considers not in its best interest or on illegal topics which may include dissent against the government.(2)

Thank goodness we live in a nation where our Congress has economic problems to worry about instead of what we are blogging about.

That would be bad for business.

Hmm, i think blogging is FREE SPEECH, so i wouldn't put anybody to death for it.

But repeat child molesters? i just don't think enough can be done to them. Although i applaud china for their efficient methods of ridding themselves of the unsavory, even though their idea of unsavory is, well, unsavory.
