The inspired Word of God.

Some Christians do not know the Word of God, they don't know truth from false, I recently had a disagreement with a friend, http://help-help.org/who/Hank_Hanegraaff... who believes that the Bible answer man is the authority on the Bible, in 1985 when we experienced a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit, we dove headfirst into the Word of God we could discern for the most part false from true, now in 2011, we are alarmed of how many are not able to tell what is the true Word.

An example is after Church a few years ago, we were invited for lunch to "The church of Christ" the people were very friendly, they asked us to look at a video, only two of us were able to tell that what was being said was false, the other five could not tell. http://rantrave.com/Rant/The-Apointed-So...

When evangelizing many are suspicious, about the "Pocket Testament" Gospel of John that we give them, and ask if we are Jehovah witnesses? But all they have to do if they even knew the basics, is to open the first page and read John 1:1.

If you believe the following then you are a true Christian.

1. All of the Bible, king James version is the Word of God. (and the like) Only the scrolls found in Hebrew are canonized.
2. Jesus is the Son of God, and came to Earth to die and rose from the grave, and in His name we are saved.
3. We are all sinners and Jesus died to take away and atone for our sins.
4. The Holy spirit is the power of the Godhead, and is available to all believers. It is a separate gift, and is not necessarily included when you are BORN AGAIN, and receive the spirit of Jesus.

5. Jesus is the only way to the Father, there is no other way.

Other scriptures are for faith, and getting to know God, the scriptures are a living Word and the promises like Psalm 91. And others will cause God to intervene if you are a righteous Christian. like healing, the Sabbath, and the like, however all you need to be a believer is the first five points.

Should you accuse a man of God as false, then you should point out the scripture or the teaching that are incorrect, I have written a book "Refined by Fire" and over 200 articles on RantRave.com, if there is anything that you don't agree with, please point them out.

I do not agree that a Pastor or Evangelist should take more than is necessary from there their ministry, but if the preach the Word of God, that do not make them an Anti-Christ. Example should I predict that the Anti-Christ will come on the scene with-in seven years and he does not, for another fifteen, that does not make me a false Christian, but that I do not have the gift of prophecy.

The office of the Evangelist, is a simply one, all that you have to do is to tell others about Jesus, and quote the above five points, the Bible says that the rightness is as bold as a Lion. Should you be shy and fearful, what does that make you?

Should you
• Not really try to keep the ten commandments.
• Honor your father and mother.
• Forgive.
• Stand with Israel.
• Be ashamed of the Gospel & Jesus.
Chances are that you will not go the Heaven.

If you don't tithe 10% you will not be blessed, and you do not trust God. He did not say, that it is your business to Judge how your money is being spent, if you choose the church you are attending, then if you are obedient, the Pastor and his board will be accountable to God, and you will be blessed as He promised.

9 months ago: I can agree for the most part with your article. One major exception is #4; The Holy Spirit is not an "it" as a gift, rather a "who" as someone who seals our salvation and destiny in Christ and Heaven...

"And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession—to the praise of his glory." (Ephesians 1:13-14)

"Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son." (2 John 9)
