In the following article:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,585330,00.html?test=latestnews

there is described an imminent offensive to capture a town and the hearts and minds of its citizens.

Hundreds of soldiers are taking position for the battle. I should say hundreds of AMERICAN soldiers that is.

I've asked it before, and I'm asking it again.

Where are all the war protesters? Do you remember when the war started first in Afghanistan under President Bush? Do you remember all the war protesters and their outcry?

Well, where are they now?

Could it be that these "peaceniks" war protesters are really disingenuous?

Nnaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Al? Siempre? Mark?

A democrat is no better than a republican to me.

To understand why all politicians are dirty, I dare you to read these files.

We took to the streets protesting the war and we did convince the majority that the war was wrong. Now the vast majority of people want the wars to end and the troops home.
The minority that is protesting now trying to convince the majority they are wrong is the Tea Party minority, but they are too loopy, they will never convince the majority to wear tin foil hats.

You ended the war?

Where do you find a majority want the wars to end?

Is that before or after victory?

Amabo just sent 30,000 troops to Afghanistan. I don't understand why your not protesting that.

The tea parties have nothing to do with convincing citizens or voters of anything. The tea parties are to convince idiot senators, representatives and a baffoon president they better stop what they're doing RIGHT NOW!

OR ELSE!

(And I really, really, really mean OR ELSE!)

24 months ago: Polls show 39% in favor of Afghanistan and 58% opposed http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/09/15/poll-support-for-afghan-war-at-all-time-low/?fbid=zPU1tyKvkWa
The Iraq war support was only 31% with 67% opposed at the same time, but support of the war has risen lately now that Obama is pulling us out and we don't have any casualties. http://www.pollingreport.com/iraq.htm

Many on the left are very upset with the decision to send more troops to Afghanistan but others are encouraged with a timetable to get out, and the removal of troops from Iraq.

The Democrats are willing to listen to new ideas, but the Republicans don't seem to be listening, they are still obstructing everything.

Huh?

Bush's strategy in Iraq worked. We kicked the terrorists' butts.

The Awakening Council stopped fighting for a while while we were bribing 80,000 of the Sunnis, but when the Shiite government took over the funds they stopped paying the Sunnis and now it is a mess again.
Everything about Iraq was a disaster.
24 months ago: Al, your mentally corrupt to think there were no terrorist there, Christians were free to worship and most of all women could wear what they wanted. Right, as long as you wear willing to be buried up to your neck and stoned. Dude, you really need to lay off your parents stash.

I agree with Cypress.
Your statements here are completely absurd, and you have to know it.

He was Al Quedas worst enemy. He had the Baath party which was the minority Sunnis in control of the country and they wouldn't allow the majority Shiites to persecute any other religious folk.
