In a bit of breaking news, HAZMAT crews are clearing an IRS facility in Ogden, Utah. Terrorism hasn't been reported yet, but the local Ogden news did say that two people have been carried out of the IRS building on stretchers, and there are rumors of anthrax-like white powder. Several people are out in the parking lot of the IRS building taking decontamination showers.
What is that white powder? Is it anthrax spores, cocaine, or powdered sugar? Hopefully no one will be seriously injured if it does turn out to be anthrax.
The FBI is on the scene, but they haven't yet released any information about any Ogden, Utah terrorist activity. It could all be a hoax, but then why would there be a decontamination process?
It's interesting. This could be the second terrorist attack against the IRS this tax season. The first, of course, was Joe Stack's suicide plane crash in Austin, Texas.
I wonder if there will be any more domestic terrorism between now and April 15. Also, Ogden, Utah seems like an odd place to strike, especially if you want to make national news.
