Who really owns the homes in America, if you didn't buy it from your local bank chances are you are paying a "debt collector" the payments for a bigger company. They may have the name of a mortgage company but majority of the people who are taking your money, have nothing to do with the property itself.
Come to find out the biggest bank in the world owns millions of homes and property in the United States, and they aren't shy when it comes to foreclosing them so they can have them all. Entire neighborhoods in Ohio have been foreclosed on by Deutsche Bank the biggest exchange bank in the world from "Germany". Yup, Germany, this bank owns over half of the homes in the United States. Deutsche Bank has bought so many companies, that owned properties, they now own a big piece of the majority.
The other property giants are Bank of America, -out of Charlotte N.C. Citibank,- another International exchange giant, who say they are American. JP Morgan Chase- the largest bank in the United States, with assets of over $2 Trillion dollars. And there is Wells Fargo, who is the 2nd largest home mortgaging service in the U.S. Since 2009 these giants have foreclosed on or repo'd over 28,000 homes in the three major Ohio cities of Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati alone. This isn't counting any other neighborhoods in America.
It almost looks like these companies are trying to take over everything they can and more than likely will probably merge with one of the other ones in the future so they know they own the majority. No wonder the little guy doesn't have a chance, it's companies like these that really don't care. Sure they supply alot of jobs in the lower to middle class, but that's where they get their money from too.
