What is it with vegans? It's like eating veggies is their religion. Alicia Silverstone's new "Kind Diet" aims to convert people into ultra-vegetarians in three small bites.

Oprah had Alicia Silverstone and The Kind Diet book on her program, where she described how just eating vegan food made her look young and healthy. She suggests not eating meat, dairy, or eggs and choosing plants instead. I think she can only afford an all-plant diet because she's Alicia Silverstone.

The Kind Diet requires people to work toward an entire-vegan food intake program – and Alicia says it will give you "clear skin, easy weight loss, and long-lasting energy."

At least Alicia Silverstone admits the Kind Diet is hard to get into – her book gives you three levels, or steps to reach true vegan purity. First, "Flirting," where you cut down on meat and dairy and start replacing it with soy and other vegetables. Second, you really "Go Vegan," and don't eat another scrap of meat, but you can eat fake-meat products like Snausages. Finally, "Superhero," where you only eat whole grains from your local area and live sort of like a caveman.

The Alicia Silverstone Kind Diet isn't easy to start doing. I really like pizza, and hate sweets, so the Kind Diet recipes for cakes and what not aren't going to influence me to try this one out.

Has anyone tried the Alicia Silverstone Kind Diet? Any success stories out there? I just don't think I could give up my meat for long…

Just ask Kirstie Alley.

Because it encourages you to eat too many acid foods.

Even a natural acid food, will give you toxins. Soy is genetically mutated, Canola Oil is a deadly insecticide, Cotton Seed oils eliminates your nutrients.

The Alkaline Acid balance of the body, teaches you about physiological reactions of the mind and body.

You can displace poisons and chemical toxins by eating alkaline foods to the point of having GREEN STOOLS.

At that point the reversal happens and then you will actually feel the strength come back into your cells.

My friend wrote an ebook so advanced that he can reverse many illnesses, just by telling people to eat alkaline foods to get the the stage of having green stools for months.

But the Kind Diet is better than not having any goals at all.

Some vegetables is better than none.

Being a vegetarian is also better for the planet using less energy (oil) water and farmland and creating less green house gases.

A raw food diet would cure much of the diabetes that is so rampant in the country now and would probably be healthiest, but I find it hard to do that.

Good for Alicia for helping move people a step in the right direction.

I wonder how many face lifts she has had so far though. I mean she is an attractive women and I would be willing to be her product is hit for just that reason. But makeup artists can hide alot of imperfections too.
