A new Airline? Watch the skies.

Many people know L Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology, as a master mariner.

However, people aren't always so familiar with "Flash" Hubbard the pioneer and record-breaking aviator.

Aviation runs deep in Scientology with noted pilots such as Mr John Travolta and Mr Tom Cruise. 'Pilot' Inspektor Lee is another Scientology aviation link.

It would be a grand thing for there to be an international airline run by Scientologists, on L Ron Hubbard's management principles.

It would have the best safety, the greatest efficiency, the best airplanes, and the calmest, most pleasant flights in the business.

You never know. Watch the skies.

33 months ago: hope you have a parachute. Scientology airlines is losing altitude fast.

Would you like a refreshing glass of kool-aid during your decent, Mr Remington?
33 months ago: I don't think I want a free ticket on $cilonAir. Read this: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/7-chit-chat/scilonair-50749/#post961974

33 months ago: Jack, why a "Rant"? Shouldn't a $cilon "rave" about a new LRH Air Org?
33 months ago: BTW. The "master mariner" shelled an inhabitated Mexican island. The US Navy & the Mexican gov were not impressed with the "master mariner".
33 months ago: Inhabited - AARRGG. It's after midnight......
33 months ago: I don't know if you realize this Jack, but with enough money, anyone can learn to fly, even a big airliner like Travolta has. Skill is not required, just being able to control the bird during takeoff, flight and landing. Real skill is not guaranteed just because you have a pilots license, it takes experience and I do not believe either of the two "sport" pilots you mentioned have what I'd call REAL experience. Now if they had both been military or commercial airline pilots with 10 or 20 years under their belts in single and multi-engine aircraft, you might get away with it.

Now if you were talking about their acting ability or box office draw potential, you might have a case.

As for a Scientology Airlines, no thanks, wouldn't want the flight crew going into one of those hypnotic trances and feeling that an engine fire was just hunky-dory.

And no, I don’t have a pilots license, just several thousand hours in military spy planes, behind the cockpit of course.
