Jon and Kate Gosselin have a divorce on the way, a TV show going down the drain, and eight little packages of joy to keep their eyes on.
It follows that the Jon and Kate 4th of July weekend would be chilly – and it was.
Jon lit some sparklers in the front yard, Kate and the kids picked blueberries for a pie, and everybody awkwardly stood around. But true to Kate’s word, the family was together for the 4th of July. She had promised that the family would be together for every holiday.
Speaking of pie, Kate Gosselin’s new cookbook “Love is in the Mix: Making Meals into Memories” has been delayed – something about hypocrisy, according to the Christian publisher. It won’t be coming out on October 13, not like I would have bought it anyways. I already have cookbooks, and I don’t want Kate to get my money.
You know what’s sad? I guess “Love Is In the Mix” says the Gosselins are “America’s most close-knit families” on the back cover. That’s sure not true any more – and a quick look at the Jon and Kate 4th of July photos prove the point.
I guess we can all hope for the best. I wonder what was really said at the Jon and Kate 4th of July party...
