90 days in jail for camping 62 in 1 year 2 states 6 places

I was arrested for camping 62 days in 1 year in 6 spots 2 states and got 90 days in jail and everything I owned taken away -clothes,books food, pride in our country...etc . I was beaten told how I was scum, transferred in irons(hand cuffed behind my back chained to the chain around my waist and leg irons, paraded through malls, McDonald's... Transferred 6 times, humiliated to know end.. All for camping. Here in deschutes county an officer was given NO JAIL TIME for selling guns out of the armory, he got probation and his pension. An arsonist/fire fighter that burned 100,000's of acres gets 60 days for setting dozens of fires. . I wasn't even allowed to keep the court papers that I at least got to read while I was in court. The judge made me testify against myself, the prosecutors only evidence. Sacramento county California.
I was beat 3 times. As the article shows I was paying taxes on my claims. When my congressional representative tried to speak on my behalf the judge offered him jail time for interrupting

13 months ago: they left my dog there 100 miles from where they took me and released me, they wouldn't even let me put better clothing on, I had to hitchhike and walk back to where i was in shorts and thongs, to get my little poodle dog...tigger

13 months ago: yes just camping it was a summer ritual gold prospecting.. I notified the forest ranger the 2nd day I was in the forest and every time I moved .
13 months ago: Gold prospecting on National Park Land? Making a claim? Do you have any legal mineral rights? No? Theft comes to mind. I'm sure the Ranger told you it was OK to stake a claim and dig for minerals you have no right to....

13 months ago: Where is the attached link? Am I blind or did you forget to include it? Paying taxes on the ones in California? Since when does California have a right to claims on Federal lands? Oh yeah. Forgot. Californication. Why don't you throw a few rocks around Mt. Rushmore and stake a claim? It would be worth millions in tourist dollars.

so what your saying is that we are not legally allowed to move about our country by foot? do you know how many miles you can walk in 1 day? again I was not in just 1 state nor just 1 spot. and I notified them everytime i moved with the info of where i was and my intentions. so a police officer can sell guns out of the armory and get his pension and retirement for treason and no jail time. and you think this is justice. so are you a government employee hiding behind an avatar? I showed you my name and face and you hide your a riot

13 months ago: Considering that National Forrests are patrolled by Federal employees, not state emplyees, being in a different state would have little bearing. I asked a simple question: were you aware of the time limitations on camping in National Forrest lands? If you were aware of them, and sought to circumvent the rules by moving around a lot, or just didn't care about them, you don't get any sympathy points.

Your reply would tend to give me the impression that you are somewhat of a hot head and belligerent. That could be why you got such a stiff sentence.
13 months ago: I want to know how he registered his "Claims". Did he just drop four rocks and start paying taxes? Where is the title to mineral rights?

13 months ago: at the time they were in my name I let them go and the 49er club(DAVE McCRAKEN) has them know. they have it listed as I-3. great spot good producer. they have memberships from $1500. lifetime. I've gone this route hes a great guy, great club.

I am being harrassed by the sierra club. someone wrote me and its apparantly better to be a cop and sell guns out of their armory to people who cant legally buy them. you realy think they aren't going to use them to kill people?

13 months ago: nope no park.. lol. almost on the oregon side close to the border a 3 mile walk in... an old timer turned me onto the spot he used to have the claim and let me have it.. HAP HORN upstream from the operating tunnel mine THE HUEY MINE on indian creek.. at the time my vehicle was broke down stored at his house on indian creek road .

Your case is dependant on the fact that a dirty cop sold guns, how? You keep bringing that up like it should have some affect on your personal circumstances. So a cop got a deal, nothing new there. People get off scott free for much worse every day.

If you know these laws regarding camping, why didn't you represent yourself better? And if the judge was willfully neglegent in falsley finding you guilty and imposing a harsher sentence than allowed, then appeal his decision and then sue for unlawful arrest and false imprisonment. You may a gold mine you haven't even tapped yet.

I like your style. You seem ready to blow up and lash out with fighting words if someone just asks a question. I can see why you like the solitary life.

13 months ago: SO SORRY I DONT KNOW THE WAY I COULD OF TOLD MY STORY, ANY BETTER, to get everybody to understand... But I do see I am getting my point across. I was arrested on 09-04-84. on the 90th day afterwards they dismissed charges. It took me till the end of february to get the court to give me a court date so I could try to file a motion to get my belongings back. March 10th a U>S> MARSHALL showed up at my door with a warrant for my arrest, to make sure I showed up at my hearing. You think I blow - up ask him... Oh I DID .. Fortunately he was an honest Individual, HE listened to me and believed me. He did not arrest me, and when I was being transferred the last to times he arranged for a safe transport for me. I was allowed to sit In the front seat with no chains. TREATED THE WAY I WOULD OF EXPECTED OF THE JUDGE.
AND this Is my way to spread the news.. looking for someone to help me or the next person in line. I feal that we should be working on getting along cause If we dont , IT will just put us further away from each other. AND THAT MUCH FURTHER BEHIND. WE ARE NOT CATTLE > EVERYBODY___EVERYBODY IS EQUAL AND WE ALL HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS. AND ITS GOING TO TAKE US ALL TO SUCCEED
